Welcome to Tadsen Photography’s wedding service blog. We are pleased to offer this new service to keep you apprised of the latest changes to our wedding service as well as to offer tips, anecdotes and other information related to weddings and wedding photography.
Choosing a wedding photographer can be quite overwhelming. At Tadsen Photography we offer classic, unadorned photography that rests on the strength of the artistry involved in creating the image, rather than fanciful (in our opinion superfluous) ornamentation and “fluffiness.” We shoot in a documentary style which highlights the subtle and sweet moments which pop up continuously during your wedding day and present your images in a manner that will endure. Look for yourself at my portfolio and you will see that the imagery and the presentation do not follow photographic fads and are not overly post-produced. At the same time I hope you will appreciate the subtlety and obvious attention to detail that comes with many years of experience.
Tadsen Photography to offer hardcover books!
I’ve delayed offering hardcover books for quite some time because of the proliferation of cheesy layouts offered by the book companies. At Tadsen Photography we try hard to offer classic, unadorned products which highlight the strength of the imagery. Our philosophy is that discriminating people prefer simplicity over heavy ornamentation.
Now I am pleased to announce that we have come up with some very classic styles and are proud to offer hardcover books as an option in our wedding packages. For now the books are offered “a la carte.” If you would like to include one of these books along with your book of prints, please add $300 to the price. As soon as the integration of this service is complete, the book will replace the book of prints and prices will increase somewhat to take into account the added editing service required to produce a nice book.
